Yoga

Our free weekly virtual yoga class helps lower cortisol levels and is a method of increasing physical activity.

Health Coaching

Health coaches work directly with individuals to identify goals and to create a plan for adopting healthy habits.

Rehabilitation

"Steps to Wellness," a 12-week exercise program, helps patients regain strength and stamina and decrease fatigue.

"Working with a health coach has kept me focused while helping me learn more about myself and what successful strategies I can use to maintain my new habits. I would not have been able to make these changes without the support of a health coach."

Survivor Navigation

We offer resources and referrals, to both internal and external supports, by a navigator who specializes in the needs of cancer patients who are finishing or have finished their initial treatment/s.

Integrative Medicine Consults

Provided by a Fellowship-trained integrative physician to develop a personalized holistic approach to support patients through cancer care and survivorship..

"My instructor was kind, understanding, and welcoming, and I immediately felt it was safe to be wherever I was on this journey. With a combination of theory, science, and practical applications, I gradually came to understand and experience the value of meditation and yoga, and as I was guided through the class, I knew I was developing transformative skills that I could apply in my life now and whenever I needed them in the future."
